Foundation
In construction since 1999
The first years meant roofing, then work as a foreman and site manager: levelling instruments, work crews and deadlines. That experience shapes how I talk to designers and contractors: a conversation about materials starts with the structure and the conditions on site.

A branch from scratch
At 21 I found the warehouse and the office, took part in hiring and in launching a new roofing materials division.
Own business
MPKM was registered on 11 June. Then came construction chemicals, composites and technical solutions.

I launched a sales office and warehouse from scratch
At university I saw a TECHNONICOL job advert and sent my CV: after several years on roofs I wanted to understand materials from the supplier’s side. The company gave me strong professional training.
At 21 I took part in launching a new division: I found the warehouse and the office and helped with hiring and organising sales. In 2008 the division moved clearly ahead of its competitors, and I became one of the company’s top sales managers.

Work today
Materials have to solve the task
MPKM works with materials from different manufacturers, so the system is selected for the structure, not for whatever is left in stock. The order is always the same: the structure, its service conditions and the design solution first, a specific material after that.

Selected projects
The public MPKM reference list covers projects across Russia and abroad: from an office building in Japan and an energy facility in Estonia to a drilling platform in the Caspian Sea. The company supplies materials and takes part in selecting solutions for repair, protection and strengthening of structures.
Office building, Tokyo, Japan
Materials for strengthening reinforced concrete structures with carbon laminates, fabrics and anchor spikes. The project shows the international reach of supply and the use of several elements of an externally bonded reinforcement system in a single solution.

Family, sport and roots
Together with my wife, I am raising three daughters. Outside work, I am interested in running, boxing, cycling, skiing and DNA genealogy.
