Concrete repair and protection

Repair mortars, shotcrete, rebar protection, corrosion inhibitors, water repellents and protective coatings.

Carbon-fibre strengthening of reinforced concrete

Fabrics, laminates, grids and anchor spikes with epoxy resins: higher load-bearing capacity with almost no change to the dimensions of the structure.

Externally bonded reinforcement

Externally bonded reinforcement increases the load-bearing capacity of a reinforced concrete structure with almost no change to its dimensions or self-weight. The system is built from several elements and works only as a complete set.

How we work

From input data to application

1. Understand the structure

Purpose, geometry, reinforcement layout, concrete grade, defects, current and design loads, service conditions.

2. Choose the method

Sometimes a steel jacket, an enlarged section or work on the substrate is a better answer than a composite. The method follows from the calculation, not from habit.

3. Select the system

Fabric, laminate, grid, anchoring, resin, repair layer and fire protection are selected as one set: incompatible elements may prevent the system from delivering the effect assumed in the calculation.

4. Support the application

Technical consultations, calculation support, documentation and supervision on site. Design responsibility remains with the designer.
