Arslan Radikovich Kinzyabulatov is an entrepreneur and the founder and managing director of MPKM LLC and Dipchel LLC. He started working in 1999 while still at school: he went up on a roof as part of a crew and moved from grade two to grade six over several years. In 2002–2003 he worked as a roofer on the construction of the first pilot industrial chemical weapons destruction facility in Russia, in the village of Gorny, and was one of the youngest people on the site.
After several years on roofs he became a foreman and then a site manager, responsible for crews, deadlines and results on construction projects, including the Avrora shopping centre. In 2008 he joined TECHNONICOL, where he received strong professional training — from product knowledge and client work to negotiations and sales organisation. He took part in launching a new division: he found the warehouse and the office and helped with hiring and organising the work. That year the division moved clearly ahead of its competitors, and Kinzyabulatov became one of the company’s top sales managers. Among the projects of that period were the Burtasy gymnastics centre and the Sura Palace of Water Sports in Penza, the chemical weapons destruction plant in the village of Leonidovka, and the Real and MegaMebel shopping centres in Saratov.
After the 2008 crisis the division was closed. On 11 June 2009 Kinzyabulatov registered MPKM LLC. The company works in professional construction chemicals: concrete repair and protection, waterproofing, industrial floors, anchoring and externally bonded carbon-fibre reinforcement systems. In 2014 a second business appeared — Dipchel LLC. Today the companies supply materials for industrial, energy, infrastructure and civil projects in Russia and abroad.
He is raising three daughters together with his wife. His interests include running, boxing, cycling, skiing and DNA genealogy.
